Introduction
Graphic Supplies is a Mauritius-focused print and signage decision guide and enquiry point. This policy describes data handled by this website, including its contact form, newsletter and optional AI guide. It does not describe data handled in a visitor's production workflow.
Data you choose to provide
The contact form receives your name, email address, topic and message. The newsletter form receives your email address. Do not send credentials, personal records, confidential client artwork, private job files or other sensitive material.
AI guide
If the AI guide is configured and you send a chat message, the recent conversation is sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Replies may be wrong and do not confirm stock, price, warranty, suitability, colour match or installation safety. If the guide is not configured, no conversation is sent to OpenAI.
How data is used and shared
Contact details are used to review and respond to a message. Newsletter details are used to manage the subscription and send updates. Hosting, email, database, newsletter, analytics and AI providers may process data to perform those functions. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics and browser-only tools
When analytics is enabled, the site loads a self-hosted Umami script to measure aggregate use. Material, coverage, finish and colour tools run in your browser and do not send their selections to us. Essential browser and network data may still be processed to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only as needed for the purpose collected, operational records and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or object to some processing, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify the request.
